Help Athlones escape room (Exit, Athlone) escape demolition

Help us save an escape room in Athlone, Ireland called the Exit Room from being closed and dismantled. My friend, the founder and architect of the escape room, as well as the builder of all the rooms, has had to give up running it for personal reasons.

My name is Ken Robinson, and he has given me the opportunity to take over the business and run it.

Our initial hurdle is the deposit for restarting the building lease, allowing me to get the business back up on its feet.

This is one of those small businesses that a town or city should not lose since it is a homegrown product with many years of blood, sweat, and tears lovingly poured into it.

Please consider donating to our cause and saving a small Irish business that may someday grow into a well-established business providing entertainment and financial support to many people.

When the business is back up and running on an even keel, we will be expanding into other types of escapist entertainment, including scavenger hunts in a town that has the oldest pub in Europe and traveling escape rooms to take entertainment to the tiniest villages in Ireland and beyond.

We will keep everyone who donates up to date on our progress, and they will be able to be involved in the future expansion of the business. Our aim is to evolve the business into something new and exciting, including streaming videos for online enthusiasts to play remotely and using other cutting-edge technology.

But first, we must get the doors open again.
