Help Athena Heal: Support Her Recovery

After 3 years of searching and loosing hope, Athena is finally back home.

Back in October 2021 Athena went missing. Until a couple of days ago I received a message on facebook, from a rescuer what works with Shedding El Paso Rescue Dogs, about a dog who was found in Juarez whos name was Athena. The story about her life after she went missing up untill a few days ago is still filled with so many questions. I will gladly share her story later on as we find answers to what happened and why. For now Im just extremely grateful to have her back in my life and hopefully soon back home.

As you can tell from her picture on the left side, she was found in very poor conditions. She's been diagnosed with many different deseases among them is; Mange, and possible TVT (cancerous cacine STD). She's very malnourished and needs a lot of love and attention to her health.

Please consider donating to cover her vet bills as they keep pilling up. I would love to give everything back and more to the amazing people at Shedding El Paso Rescue Dogs. Without their work, I would've never been reunited with Athena. My dream is to get her spirits back to that dog she used to be (right side picture). And help her forget everything harsh she's had to endure over the years she's been missing. All donations will go towards Athenas recovery. Im not sure how much it will at cost in the end, but any money left will go to Shedding El Paso Rescue Dogs.
