Athena is my beloved 7/8-year-old dog, and she means everything to me. Right now, she is facing a life-threatening emergency. Athena is pregnant with three puppies, but her delivery is overdue and she has started excreting black, red, and greenish discharge. We don't know if the puppies are alive, and the vet says she needs an emergency C-section to survive. Without this procedure, Athena could become septic, and I am terrified of losing her.

The funds raised will go directly toward Athena's emergency C-section, as well as a spay procedure that will be performed at the same time. She will also need to stay at the veterinary clinic for a couple of days to recover and receive the care she needs. This is her best chance at survival and a healthy recovery.
