Help assist paying for Scars Amputation Surgery

Hi,We are trying as a family to raise the funds for my younger sister’s cat Scar. Scar is an indoor/outdoor cat. Who is very loved and chubby. Scar went missing on 8/13/24. We were looking for him until the day we saw he had arrived again, which was 8/19/24. Scar came back home, dragging his legs. We have taken him to the vet. The vet has determined he has a broken leg and pelvis/hip. We have two options that are out of our price range, which is why we reach out to friends and family for help. We have been given an estimate to amputate and fix his leg. We got an estimate for 3800$ for the amputation & 4000-8000$ to fix his leg. Amputation is the cheapest way to save our loved Cat. We have only been able to get pain medication until monday 8/26/24, the vet determined we should help him right away. Otherwise we would have to put him down which is the last option we ever want.
