We are a group of architects, designers, and digital education professionals, led by Majd Maima. Through our collective experience, we have witnessed the challenges young architects and design students face in accessing quality education, practical training, and meaningful career opportunities.
To address this, we created AUIVA (Oivy) — a civilian, non-political digital platform that empowers students, graduates, and professionals in architecture and interior design. AUIVA is the first comprehensive Arab platform designed to connect aspiring architects with educational resources, mentorship, and career opportunities.
What AUIVA Provides:
- Online courses developed by experienced local experts
- A freelance job marketplace for architects and designers
- Tools for launching and managing small design businesses
- A university-linked learning system offering mentorship, training, and professional visibility
- Both free and paid content to ensure accessibility for all
All contributions will directly support:
- Platform development, hosting, and security
- Creation of high-quality educational content and open courses
- Providing internet access and learning tools for students with limited resources
- Supplying essential equipment (including laptops) for our core development team
- Supporting local trainers, designers, and content creators
- Building partnerships with universities for long-term sustainability
