Description: Aspen Gomez, my daughter, was diagnosed with stage four rectal cancer in July. She has already undergone treatment and surgery to remove the mass, but despite her strength and determination, the cancer has spread to her lungs and outside her stomach. Now, she needs more treatment to have a fighting chance. Unfortunately, MD Anderson will not accept her insurance for the immunotherapy they offer, and we are trying to raise money to have it done by April 19. This is the only chance we have to help Aspen get the care she needs.

The money raised will go directly toward Aspen’s treatment and doctor appointments. Every dollar will help us cover the costs of the immunotherapy and the many medical visits she needs to keep fighting. Your support will make a real difference in her journey and give her hope for a future beyond cancer.

If you’ve ever had a child that’s been sick or scraped their knee, you know as a parent how it not only hurts them, but hurts you as well. Watching my daughter go through this has been the most horrific experience of my life. I never imagined the pain she would be in every week. She’s been admitted to the ER, and there have been days where she’s been screaming in pain and there’s nothing I can do to help her.
