Help Aspen Deepen Qigong Skills: Support Retreat Costs

Hello friends and family! As many of you know, I have cultivated a qigong practice over the past couple years. Qigong, which translates to 'energy work', is an ancient system of movement and breath which supports a healthy flow of energy through the mind and body. Since deepening into my qigong practice, I have noticed an array of positive changes, including increased flexibility, more balanced emotions, an increase in body awareness, more strength and balance, and a general sense of compassion and ease within myself. Last fall, I completed a qigong teacher training certification, and have since offered in-person qigong classes in my community. Completing the online training was one of the best investments I've made in my well-being. I would love to continue my education to support not only my own well-being, but that of my community and those who participate in my classes. My teacher, Nick Loffree, is offering an in-person qigong and meditation retreat in Pacific Grove, CA, which is within a few hours of my home. I've loved learning from him online, and I feel the opportunity to learn from him in person would bring a new level of potency and depth to my practice.
As my birthday approaches, I feel that the most meaningful gift I could receive would be any contribution towards the cost of attending this retreat. All funds raised will go towards either the cost of the retreat itself, or lodging, food, and travel expenses.
