Help Asmaa Reunite with Her Children

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Amanda Marsh, a registered nurse of 18 uears and mother of 2 from the US living in Central Virginia. I met Asmaa recently as she was seeking someone to help her set up a fundraiser to help her reunite with her children who are in Gaza. Asmaa is a mother of three from Gaza. She was outside of Gaza on October 7th and her children were in Gaza. Asmaa has been separated from her children for 8 months. She is seeking financial assistance for her children's basic necessities and to evacuate them out of Gaza safely.

This is Asmaa's plea to the world to help her unite with her family:

I am Asmaa from Beit Hanoun - Gaza. I am stuck outside the Gaza Strip with my little girl, 7 months old, who has not seen her father or her siblings. I traveled outside the Strip a month before the war began and was stuck outside, and my young children remained alone in the shadow of the war. I come to you with a very familiar story in Gaza. Here, daily realities include constant threats and profound difficulties that test our resilience every day. Our lives are punctuated by the sounds of drones and grim reminders of conflict that push us further into despair. Despite the fragile shelter, the shadow of death looms ever larger. The crisis has forced nearly two million of us to flee south, where the struggle for basic necessities has become more desperate. The few donations that reach us are quickly exhausted,Which leaves many without necessities. My family spent every cent on what little food and water we could find, haunted by the fear that they would run out. Many loved ones have been lost to violence, and those who have survived face conditions no one should have to endure. We live under the constant threat of bombings, with spy planes monitoring our neighborhoods. Our dream is simple, but it seems far-fetched: freedom and security for my husband, our two children, my sister, her husband, my brother-in-law, who took care of my children in my absence, and their five children. To leave this dangerous place, we need $45,000 to cover the costs of travel permits and legal documents. This amount represents a huge challenge, but it is our only way to a life free from the shadow of war. Here's what we're up against: $15,000 travel passes for adults. $17,500 for children's permits. An additional $10,000 to help us resettle to a new country, rent a house, and pay living expenses for the first few months. We are not just fighting to survive, but to have a chance at a dignified and peaceful life. I am asking for your help, not only through donations but by sharing our plight with others. Every act of support, every shared link, helps us move back from the brink of disaster. Your support goes beyond financial aid, it is a profound act of solidarity against the backdrop of ongoing conflict. We are extremely grateful for every contribution, as every contribution brings us closer to safety. Please, help us share our story and give your voice to ours. Time is crucial, and your participation really makes a difference. Thank you for your compassion and for taking the time to listen to our story.

*you can see the expressions on Asmaa's daughter. In the two last photos. on the left she was a happy little girl, full of happiness and hope. On the right one she is away from her mother, she is sad and helpless.*

Any assistance and prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read Asmaa's story and may you continue to stand with all of us in the fight to free Palestine and save Gaza
