Help Ash’s daughter after be mailed by dog

This young lady was playing on her porch when she was viciously attacked by three dogs. This is not the first time the owner of these dogs has let this happen. The city seems to think this is not a problem. 

Her mother a employee of  Wills is a single mother and is torn between taking careof her baby and working to keep the bills paid. Anything helps at this time. Please and thank you if you could help.
