My husband was detained by ICE on Friday afternoon while he was at work. We are a family of five, and with him being gone, all of our expenses now fall on me. We were in the process of getting his citizenship under the Keeping Families Together program when a Texas Judge stopped the process unexpectedly. My husband has no criminal record and has been here in the United States since he was just 2 years old.

This situation has put a tremendous strain on our family, both emotionally and financially. The funds raised will go directly toward legal fees to help us fight for his release and continue the citizenship process, as well as living expenses to keep our family afloat during this difficult time.
