Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, who is in a desperate fight to protect herself and her children from the control and abuse they all endured during her relationship with her ex-fiance. So far she has received a protective order through the Arizona court and he has been deemed a danger to her. She is currently fighting to gain custody to ensure the safety of her children, but her ex has hired a lawyer who is using every unethical tactic to defame her character and manipulate the system against her to trap her in Arizona as a form of control.

This lawyer has a history of misconduct, including a past suspension, and has already shown their willingness to cross legal and moral lines—including allowing a physical assault on my sister's witness inside the courthouse while violating the restraining order in place. Despite these challenges, my sister remains determined to fight for justice and the safety of her children.

Unfortunately, her ex also manipulated her into leaving her job she had established in Arizona after moving out of state and leaving the job she had in California, stripping her of financial independence. Therefore, while she is searching for employment, she urgently needs legal representation to stand up to the injustice she is facing. She has found an attorney who is ready to help, but the legal fees are more than she can afford.
