Hi my name is Ashlie as you all know my brother Richard Betterley was hit by a car that took his life monday evening in sacramento while walking across the street. Iam completely devastated and my baby brother has to sit in the corners office until I get home. This was completely out of no where and I would love to give my brother a service and cremate him.
