Help Ashley Richardson #fightbreastcancer

As many of you have heard by now, Ashley Richardson was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer, stage 2 on February 4th. This is a very aggressive form of breast cancer. Ashley's bone scan and CT scan came back clean on 2/20/25. The cancer has spread to her lymph nodes but nowhere else (thank goodness). Ashley met with her team of doctors on the 26th to go over her treatment plan. She goes for chemo once a week for 3 months, then every other week for 2 months. A month after chemo treatments are complete she will have a double mastectomy. The treatments will not stop there. She will continue doing maintenance for the next 27 weeks. This is going to be a long-fought journey for her and her family. Let's make sure Ash knows she is not fighting alone, she has a whole support squad behind her.

Ashley straight out of the gate has been gung ho about this whole battle that lies ahead. She is going to beat this! She feels this in her bones. Although she is in good spirits, she will still struggle with many other emotions along the ride. I have set this fundraiser up to try to help prevent some stress for her and Josh where money is concerned. The gas, food and other expenses will not be cheap and with them missing work, things will be tighter. Neither of them have asked for anything, but they deserve all the help we as friends, family, coworkers, strangers can provide. Thank you!
