Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m autistic and trans, and for me, having a working computer isn’t just a luxury — it’s a lifeline.
I use my computer for everything: keeping up with online work trainings, staying in touch with friends, relaxing through gaming, and chasing my dream of becoming a VTuber and streamer. It’s how I manage stress, how I stay connected, and how I build toward a future I can be proud of.
Unfortunately, my main laptop — an ASUS ROG Zephyrus M15 — completely died when the motherboard failed. Repairing it would cost more than the laptop itself is worth, and I’ve been left stranded on an old backup HP laptop that simply can’t handle what I need. To give you an idea: it struggles just to load YouTube, and when I try to play a light game like Hollow Knight, the graphics break down into glitchy static until the whole system crashes.

Why I’m Fundraising
I’m raising money to buy a Framework 16 laptop — a computer built to be powerful, long-lasting, and fully repairable. Unlike my old Zephyrus, if a part fails in a Framework, I can swap it out instead of losing the whole machine. This means I’ll finally have a stable, reliable system for the long term.
With this computer, I’ll have the power to:
Do my required work trainings that won’t even run on mobile.
Stay connected and sane with games and creative projects.
Pursue streaming seriously — building a space where I can entertain, connect, and maybe even earn income.
---
The Goal
The full build I’m aiming for is around $2,890. I’ve set the goal at $3,000 to cover GoFundMe fees and a few extras I’ll need to get fully set up.
Every single dollar helps. Even $5 or $10 adds up quickly — and if you can’t donate, simply sharing this campaign with others would mean the world to me.

Proof
bellow is what is happening in Hollow Knight, a game released when this computer was only about a year old, the screenshot with the world still visible can be played... for a short time, the second screenshot is my computer completely frozen
