Help Ashley Recover From Car Flip-Over Accident

My name is Ashley Christiansen, at 5:41pm on December 30th I was in a horrific single-car accident, in which my brand new 2024 car had flipped with me inside. Leaving me trapped.
Prior to the accident, my speed was 23MPH on a quiet 25MPH speed limit road. My car malfunctioned, its wheel locked up, as well as all display screens blacked out. As I inevitably headed off the main road, my car’s tire hit a stationary object (believed to be a boulder), airbags deployed and the car flipped in a somersault motion. Once the car settled on its entirety of the passenger side, I dangled helplessly from my seatbelt, with no phone, wallet or helpful objects in sight. I undid my seatbelt as I flung down to the passenger seat covered by an airbag. I was trapped, the car progressively filling with smoke and chemicals from the impact/airbags. As a last resort I screamed for help, as on such a quiet road and unknown if any SOS signal had been released, I didn’t think anyone would see me or be alerted for a while. My phone flashed and let out a siren sound to which I found lodged under an airbag, it had called 911 automatically upon impact. That was to my relief, but with the air quality in the car I know I did not have much time. A hero/angel in skin, bystander, came and the second he and the others rallied around, heard that I could not breathe, they did not hesitate to smash open my windshield to get me out. I then spent the next 8 hours in transit to / in the hospital struggling to breath, vomiting and in pain. Leaving me finally with major bruising on my lower stomach, right upper thigh, a face burn, pneumonitis, prescription steroids and the lasting memories of all this playing over and over again for me.
My car ran codes, including a failure in the SOS system on my car, Power steering, Displays, and Brakes. The car that was equipped with “automatic SOS signaling, incoming crash detection, emergency automatic braking” all failed to work. Thankfully my IPhone and bystanders around saved my life.
Even in a careful, safe drive, this crazy incident still occurred. A horrifying moment for me.
While, of course, I am lucky to be alive, and nobody else was involved or hurt, I am now struggling to find the good in any of this, without a car, all money spent on the car is null-in-void or in a mix match trying to get a hold of the insurance company at all. Am needing to put down a new down payment at some point for a new car, in the meantime I am having to find new ways of transportation to and from places like work.
