Ashley needs help with tuition, books, and travel

Hi, my name is Desiree. I’m really good friends with Ashley Roy. I’m starting this page up for Ashley. Ashley is a Mother of 4 Children. Sho is currently working minimal hours in the Health Care Field in Marathon as a PSW. She is trying to balance home life with her kids and being a Full-Time Nursing student while trying to work minimal hours where she can around her homework and exams. She is now struggling and finding it hard to keep up.

During the last year and a half of her educational journey, Ashley has had to travel to Thunder Bay to complete her Clinical hours. These expenses have had come out of pocket. This includes her gas, food, and lodging while in Thunder Bay. She is currently the sole provider in her household as her spouse can’t work for health reasons. Ashley is now struggling to pull together enough funds to complete her last semester of school and trying to provide for her family while doing so. Her final semester tuition is now due, along with the travel for clinical once again in the new year; she is under some financial strain.

Ashley wears her heart on her sleeve and has done whatever she can to help those she can. She has worked so hard during the last year and a half to complete the Nursing Program. Now she is so close (4 months, 1 semester) to achieving her dreams of becoming the amazing Nurse we all know she can be.
