Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m the heart behind Honey Belle Catering. Cooking has never just been about food for me—it’s how I care for people. It’s how I show love. Every meal I create is made from scratch, with intention, and with the belief that food should do more than fill you up… it should make you feel seen, comforted, and taken care of. Over time, what started as a passion has grown into something bigger than me. I’ve built a menu, created unique signature items like my stuffed WowFull waffles, and served customers who come back not just because the food is good—but because it feels like home. But I’ve reached a point where passion and hard work alone aren’t enough to take the next step. I’m asking for help to open my first physical restaurant space—a place where I can serve my community consistently, grow my business the right way, and create something that lasts. This won’t just be a restaurant. My goal is to use this space to give back in a real, consistent way by offering free Sunday dinners every other week for those who need it most—families, children, and individuals who may not always know where their next meal is coming from. Because I’ve always believed: If I’m blessed with the ability to cook, I should also be willing to serve. I’m working to raise funds to secure a space, purchase essential equipment, and build a fully functional kitchen that meets all requirements. This will allow me to move from cooking out of limited resources into a professional space where I can truly grow. Whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this with someone else—every bit of support brings me closer. I’m not asking for a handout. I’m asking for a chance. A chance to build something meaningful. A chance to create jobs. A chance to feed people—both customers and those in need. And a chance to prove that with enough heart and community, anything is possible.
