Hello, my name is Hannah Castaing and I am raising money for my sister, Ashley Kimbler (Burras) as she is currently in the battle of her life. 2025 has not been an easy year for the Kimbler Family. Ashley’s son was diagnosed with osteomyelitis of the arm and had to undergo multiple surgeries with a prolonged 8 week hospital stay.

Just a few weeks after Casen was discharged home from the hospital, Ashley found a lump in her neck and was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic melanoma at only 36 years old. She is currently undergoing intense treatment. The financial burden of traveling 1 hour one way for treatments, scans, office visits, as well as the every day life expenses have quickly added up. Ashley is scheduled to undergo a massive surgery on 9/24 which will require a possible 2-4 week hospital stay, partially in the ICU.

Looking at the big picture, we are so very thankful that everyone is still here with us, but the battle is still very heavy on our hearts.

In our family, we live by the motto, “nobody fights alone”. So we are trying everything we can to help ease her burden as she fights for her life.

We know that not everyone is in a position to help financially, but please know that any prayers or positive thoughts/vibes are also greatly appreciated during this tough battle.
