Help Ashley Kick Cancer's Ass

Donation protected
As some of you might've seen/heard, Ashley was recently diagnosed with cancer (sarcoma in her leg). The cancer went misdiagnosed for months and she is starting treatment immediately (today, 08/20/2020).

Ashley has a great team of doctors who are very optimistic, a super support group-- her awesome partner, Patrick, her wonderful family and an amazing group of friends. But most importantly, she has a beautiful 3 year old daughter, Mavis, who is her beacon of light always.

Ashley has not been working, due to the extreme amount of pain she is in, and she will not be working for the foreseeable future. This is something no one should have to go through (f*$K cancer, amiright?!). But if you know Ashley, you know she's a fighter and one tough mama. Let's rally and help her kick cancer's ass!

Words from Ashley on 8/18/2020:

Tomorrow I’ll be admitted into the hospital to have a port placed and start my chemotherapy. I have a lot of heavy feelings right now but my scans showed the results I was hoping for, the cancer seems isolated to my knee. I will go through 10 weeks of chemo and then have my knee surgery October 20th. Currently I’m just trying to navigate thinking about being away from this beautiful human for 4 days (I’ve never spent more than 2 away from her). Among other things I am worried about losing all of my hair and having my own child not recognize me. (Sorry this is a jumble of thoughts that are the furthest thing from eloquent).... because, this sucks, there is no way around that...in order for me to come out on the other side of this and raise my daughter I have to first go through what I imagine will be hell. Today kind of feels like the last day of an old life and soon I will start a new, different one...I wish I could thank everyone who has done anything for me over the last month. My family who will always drop anything for me to help at a moments notice, my friends who bother me until I let them help me, my wonderful partner and his family for literally changing their lives to help and care for me and my child....it’s a lot. I’m going into this with my head held as high as I can for my daughter. I would do anything for her. thanks for cutting my hair this morning in anticipation of it falling out..... @madison_beauty_operator maybe if I love this cut enough it will just stay on my head? And thank you for capturing a few special moments for us this morning @brooke_ashley this sickness is isolating as hell but I have the coolest support system in the world.
