Help Ashley Honor Her Father Kike's Memory

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Carlos "Kike" Salazar, who is now reunited with his beloved wife, Fanny Salazar, after 10 years apart. He was a devoted father who always put his daughter, Ashley, first.

Now, at not even 21 years old, Ashley will be laying her father to rest while also navigating life without both of her parents. Despite all the hardship she has endured, she keeps her head high, makes those around her laugh, and remains determined to finish her education next year and become a social worker—a career she chose as a way to give back, just as so many people have done for her.

As we come together to honor Kike’s life, we are hoping to ease the financial burden of funeral expenses and provide Ashley with even the slightest bit of security as she prepares for the future ahead. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help lift some of the weight off her shoulders during this incredibly difficult time.
