Hi! I'm Ashley and I am having a second major surgery on 9/29/25 to correct the rare chronic condition I have called MALS. I will be off of work for 2 months. My first two weeks off will be entirely unpaid, and for the following 2 months when I am off work recovering, I will only be receiving a portion of my regular pay.
