Help Ashley get safe housing

Hi, my name is Kiersten, and I'm fundraising for our sweet

girl, Ashley.

 

For the past 8 months, Ashley has been experiencing homelessness, living in her car on the streets of LA while working two jobs. She has tried everything to stay in LA but is now making the big decision to move across the country to be closer to us.

 

I met Ashley through Big Brothers, Big Sisters, in the summer of 2005. Eight and half years after being matched, she moved in with our little family and, a year after that, began calling us her "other parents." We love her so much and are so proud she's taking it upon herself to make such a big move for her well being (last week, she had to move her car three times due to being unsafe on the streets).

 

She is the hardest working young woman I know and loves with such loyalty and depth of heart, and we are

beyond excited to see what God has in store for her in this new chapter.

 

We are hoping to raise enough to cover the first month, deposit and to help offset the cost of rent for the first year. Thank you for your generosity and love for our sweet girl.
