Help Ashley Get a Wheelchair-Accessible Van for Her Brother Jacob

Sometimes life changes faster than we can prepare for. Jacob is a bright, loving young man living with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). He’s been through more than most people ever will, yet he continues to smile, laugh, and bring light to everyone around him.

Recently, Jacob lost his mom, the person who cared for him every day. Since her passing, his older sister Ashley has stepped in as his full-time caregiver. She didn’t think twice about it. Family takes care of family. But now she faces a challenge she can’t overcome alone.

Ashley needs a wheelchair-accessible van to safely take Jacob to his doctor appointments, therapy visits, and even simple family outings like going to dinner or visiting loved ones. Right now, those things that so many of us take for granted, getting out of the house, feeling the sun, joining in family moments, are difficult without the right transportation.

This van would give Jacob freedom again, and give Ashley the ability to care for him the way he deserves. It’s not about luxury, it’s about love, dignity, and making sure Jacob can continue to live his best life surrounded by family.
