Hello everyone. My name is Ashley Thabiso Dube, a 35 year old male based in Zimbabwe . I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age of 10, I'm insulin dependent, in 2022 I was diagnosed of hypertension then recently diagnosed of End stage Chronic kidney disease (Stage 5) currently on dialysis. I am kindly appealing for assistance in raising funds for a kidney transplant urgently. The procedure and related medical expenses are beyond what l can afford on my own.
