If you know Ashley, you know one thing above all else—being a wife & mom are her greatest joys. Ashley is the devoted stay-at-home mother of two little boys, Wes (3) and Cody (2). Today, those same little boys ask about their mommy every day. They end each day with the same heartfelt prayer: "Get better, Mom."

Ashley has always been a fighter.

She previously battled cancer, enduring chemotherapy and a lung lobectomy before overcoming the disease. As a cancer survivor, Ashley cherished each and every moment spent with Tim and her boys. Recently, she learned that her cancer had returned.

On April 1, 2026, Ashley suffered a devastating brain bleed that caused a major stroke.

Since that day, Ashley has faced challenge after challenge with incredible courage.

She has spent more than four months hospitalized, including two months in the ICU at Harborview Medical Center. During that time, she underwent lifesaving brain surgery. When Ashley was finally stable enough for travel, she was flown to TIRR Memorial Hermann in Houston, Texas, where she completed six weeks of intensive inpatient rehabilitation.

Ashley has made incredible progress through countless hours of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Every milestone has been earned through determination and perseverance, and we are so proud of everything she has accomplished.

But her recovery is only beginning.

Ashley will soon return home, where she must continue intensive outpatient rehabilitation to build on the progress she has made. This phase of therapy is critical to preparing her for the next step in her recovery: admission to another specialized inpatient rehabilitation program outside of her home state.

We are asking for your help so finances do not become a barrier to Ashley receiving the care she needs. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help cover travel, transportation, rehabilitation, and other recovery expenses beyond what insurance provides, allowing Ashley to continue receiving the specialized care that offers her the greatest chance for recovery.
