Help Ashley battle Brain Cancer

To our loving family, friends, and caring strangers,

Many of you know that my sister Ashley and her boyfriend Kyle have been together for 5 years and on June 10, 2023 they had finally gotten engaged. Weeks leading up to that beautiful day Ashley had ongoing migraines and vision loss. A week after their engagement, she had an MRI taken which discovered a 4cm mass in the center of her brain as well as obstructive hydrocephalus. She was sent to the Neuro ICU at the University of Pennsylvania the next day for an emergency craniotomy to have the tumor removed.

After a few weeks recovering from surgery, the molecular testing came back positive for cancer and she will now be undergoing at least 6 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation. The donations will be put towards their transportation to and from the hospital, food, housing and her treatment.

For those who don’t know Ashley personally, she is the most caring, compassionate, and selfless person. A loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend, teacher and fiancé. This journey for her is just the beginning. We’re asking everyone to help Ashley through this very trying time.

We will never be able to understand what exactly is going through her mind, but I (as well as her family and friends) know how resilient she is. This is just another chapter of her story.
