My name is Ashley and I’m looking for help to keep me and my 2 beautiful cats housed while I recover from having a full hysterectomy. I was given a late notice for late rent due to struggling with job loss since March where I was forced to leave my job due to misconduct from my manager and one of the executive co-directors of the organization due to my disabilities. Because of this misconduct, I was able to qualify for unemployment to keep myself housed up to this point; but now, my unemployment benefits have run out at a time that I really need it the most: to recover without fear of losing my housing after surgery. I’m having a full hysterectomy because I’ve been dealing with chronic pain from polyps, non cancerous leiomyoma, and endometriosis. My surgery is scheduled for Friday, November 21st and I am behind on November rent due to struggling with finding a job and chronic pain. I was given a written notice that eviction would be filed on November 21st, the day of my surgery if I cannot pay my rent in full.

Any and all help would be truly appreciated so I can recover from surgery without the anxiety of fearing eviction and losing my housing for me and my 2 cats.
