I'm Lea (from Italy )a friend of Aseel! Aseel is a wonderful young student who loves photography! Unfortunately, she and her family live in cruel, inhumane conditions. She is reliant on outside help. The prices for food in Gaza are extremely high, unimaginable for us...have a heart and help!

I am Aseel from Gaza, living in Rafah, a university student. This year was supposed to be my last year at university and I would graduate, but the war came and everything changed. My family consists of my father, my mother, three brothers, three sisters, my brother’s wife and their son. Since the beginning of the war, we have been suffering from poverty because my father did not receive his salary, which was our only source of income. We were living on aid that sometimes did not reach us. Also, our bodies are tired from displacement. We have been displaced more than five times. In our last displacement we built a tent from wood and blankets because we did not have money to buy plastic to protect ourselves from the cold rain. I hope you will help me provide a tent for my beautiful family. I also want us to provide treatment for my sick mother who suffers who suffers from strokes, crises, and chronic diseases. I pray for her recovery because since the beginning of the war we have not had money to provide her with medication and treatment. I do not want more than this. Please help me and thank you.
