Hi, my name is Aseel. I’m a Sudanese student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering in India. I moved here before the war in Sudan broke out, and at the time, my parents were able to support my education.
But everything changed when the war began. My father’s business collapsed, and my family has been scattered across different countries. My mother and younger brother are now living as refugees in Egypt, and I haven’t seen them in three years.
This ongoing crisis has deeply affected us—emotionally and financially. We’re struggling just to cover basic living expenses, and unfortunately, we can no longer afford my university tuition.
As an international student in India, I’m not legally allowed to work, which limits my ability to support myself. I’m now at risk of losing everything my family and I have worked so hard for. Missing this academic year would set me back in a ways that’s difficult to recover from.
For me, education is more than a degree—it’s a promise to my mother and to myself. She has always believed in me, and I want to make her proud. My dream is to work in the field of AI for vehicles—self-driving cars and aircraft. I’ve always been fascinated by how machines move, learn, and evolve, and I want to be part of shaping that future.
I’m humbly asking for your help to cover my tuition fees for this academic year. Any contribution, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me. It would keep my dreams alive and bring me one step closer to building a better future—not only for myself but for others as well.
If I’m blessed enough to get through this, I promise to pay it forward. One day, I want to support students facing similar struggles, just like I am now.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, supporting, and sharing.
I am attaching transcripts and documents regarding my education. Please feel free to reach out and ask if there are any questions. Thank you again!
