Help Aryadnes Recover from a Serious Motorcycle Accident

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out today on behalf of my dear friend Aryadnes Pinheiro, who recently faced a life-altering experience. For those who may not know her, Ary is a strong, independent, and courageous woman—full of energy and passion for her work and family.

On July 24th, Aryadnes, just 32 years old, was involved in a severe motorcycle accident that resulted in a fractured L1 vertebra and spinal cord compression requiring two surgeries to repair. This traumatic event has significantly affected her health and life, bringing about a host of challenges and unforeseen medical expenses that she cannot manage alone.

Before the accident, Ary lived independently in an apartment in Brazil with her cherished rescue dog. Now, she has had to move back to her family’s home, which unfortunately isn’t equipped to accommodate someone bedridden. Her parents dismantled their kitchen in order to make a room that would fit Ary's hospital bed. This situation requires costly home modifications and additional expenses to ensure Ary can recover comfortably.

Our friend Ary is such a positive person and is fighting tirelessly, a day at a time, to regain her strength and mobility, but the cost of her rehabilitation is overwhelming. The journey includes extensive therapy sessions, medications, and daily care—all of which demand financial resources that are currently beyond her means.
