On Jan 13th our sweet boy Arya broke his left back paw. We're not sure how this happened, but we came home to him crying and hissing in pain. The BluePearl ER confirmed a calcaneus fracture, which requires surgical repair.

Unfortunately, the cost of the ER visit + surgery (which Arya is undergoing today) will approximate anywhere between $5600 - $9500, depending on the approach used in surgery. The alternative to moving forward with this surgery was amputating the entire leg, which would still cost upwards of $4000.

We have exhausted our savings and funds to ensure our baby can keep his leg and maintain some quality of life.

All receipts and hospital records will be uploaded once the surgery is completed and the final cost is confirmed.
