Arya is the cherished four-year-old dog of my sister and brother-in-law, Taylor and Aaron. She has been their little girl since she was a puppy, growing up alongside her brother Bohdi and bringing endless joy to their home. Arya is more than just a pet—she is family, and her playful spirit and loving nature have touched everyone who knows her.

Last week, Arya was diagnosed with lymphoma, a heartbreaking discovery for all of us. She began chemotherapy treatments on Thursday, and while the diagnosis was sudden, there is hope. With treatment, Arya has a high chance of remission, and her family is committed to doing whatever it takes to give her more time. However, the costs of chemotherapy and ongoing care are significant, and it’s a challenge for Taylor and Aaron to manage on their own.
