Our daughter Arya is just 10 months old, and our world changed when she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) cancer. For nearly three months, we have been living in the hospital as Arya bravely undergoes treatment. The doctors have told us that Arya will need a bone marrow transplant to have a real chance at survival. This journey has been overwhelming, both emotionally and financially, as we do everything we can to support Arya through her fight.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Arya’s medical expenses, as well as household bills that will become difficult to manage once on FMLA leave. Arya will need ongoing clinic visits and specialized care, not just now but for the foreseeable future.
