Hi, my name is Ary, and baseball was my first love and has been for as long as I can remember.

I started playing at American Canyon Little League when I was just 5 years old. Those fields became my second home, long nights under the lights, early mornings, dirt on my uniform, and the same families showing up year after year. That’s where I grew up. That’s where I fell in love with this game. And that’s where I learned what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself. I’ve also been so lucky to have amazing coaches along the way who believed in me, pushed me, and helped shape me into the player and person I am today.

I grew up playing alongside the boys, many of whom became my best friends. I had to learn how to compete, how to be tougher, and how to believe in myself even when I stood out. There were times I felt different, but I never stopped loving the game. So many of my coaches stood behind me and supported me, reminding me that I belonged out there just as much as anyone else. Baseball isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am and who I want to continue being.

Now, something incredible is happening.

I’ve been given the opportunity to represent Team USA at the PONY Girls World Series in Shanghai this August. The chance to wear “USA” across my chest and compete on an international stage is something I’ve dreamed about my entire life.

At the same time, I was also selected as an ambassador to travel to the UK in June to help grow girls baseball and inspire other girls to step onto the field, just like I did when I first picked up a glove.

To be able to do both of these things… It means everything to me.

But it also comes with a big reality.

Traveling internationally to Shanghai and the UK, along with tournament fees, accommodations, and everything that comes with it, is a lot for my parents. They have always supported me and sacrificed so much to help me chase this dream, driving me to practices, cheering me on, sometimes even coaching me and believing in me even on the days I was tired or wanted to give up.

And now, I want to do my part to help too.

That’s why I’m here.

I’m asking for support, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing my story, to help me get there. Every bit helps take a little bit of the weight off my family and brings me one step closer to stepping onto that field and representing not just my team, but the community that raised me and every girl who loves this game.

This started on a small field in American Canyon… and now I have the chance to take it across the world.
