My husband, Arun S Anand, and I have faced more than our share of challenges lately. He's a dedicated Registered Nurse at Nottingham City Hospital, putting in tirelessly since December 2020 to care for others. But now, he's facing a battle of his own – advanced rectal cancer. We have a young child we're trying to raise while navigating this unimaginable situation.
