He is such a great person and has been so good to us for many years. I knew he was trying to purchase the home he lived in a while back. His landlord likes him so much after all these years that she's allowing him to buy it for a much cheaper price before she puts it on the market. Fast forward to about 2 months ago and he told me all he needs is $5000 and he has 2 months left before she cant wait anymore and has to list at much higher price. And he would have to move. As we all know the market is very expensive right now so there fore to rent for him and whats available is really bad for his budget. He is highly stressed and you can see it or feel it when you talk to him. He's such an awesome guy and we can help him. All of the work is done and all he needs is the $5000 to close the deal.
