My daughter Rebecca ( Becky) Rice owns Arthur's
and I am so proud of all she has done with the restaurant. In this pandemic year, she has worked hard and creatively to keep the restaurant going and to make it safe for indoor and outdoor dining.
Indoor dining was prohibited a few weeks ago so she found canopies to cover tables.
Then as the days grew chillier and wetter, overhead heaters were installed. But last week a windstorm blew down the canopies and destroyed them. The expected increase in business could not happen and now the restaurant needs help to pay for new covers to keep the business alive.
If you could help by donating whatever you can, I would be really grateful.Becky has provided employment for a lot of people. I think that Arthur's has been very good for the community and I would hate to see it close.
