Help Arthur's Family Honor His Memory

Arthur was 22 years old when he lost his life. He was a loving son, father and an only brother to 3 sisters. May 7th would have been his 23 birthday. In these hard times the family is asking to support us & help hold a celebration of life ceremony for him.
