Support for Arthur McGraw: Fighting Stage 4 Brain Cancer
“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your prayers and support for our father, Arthur McGraw. A hardworking man and the sole provider for himself and his spouse, Arthur has always put his family first. He has three children, Virginia, Jonathan, and Aaron, two of whom live out of state, making his journey even more challenging.
He is known as Poppy—a loving and devoted husband, father, and above all, grandfather who adores his grandchildren and cherishes every moment with them.
Not long ago, Arthur wasn’t feeling well but hesitated to seek medical attention. Thankfully, he decided to go in—only to receive devastating news that changed our lives forever. After testing, it was determined that he has kidney and lung cancer. After further testing, we were notified that the doctors discovered 14 tumors in his brain, four of which were infected. Unfortunately, all of this led to the stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
This week, he began radiation treatments, and we are taking each step one day at a time. With ongoing medical care, frequent travel, and time off work, this has placed an immense financial burden on our family. We are leaning on our faith during this season of uncertainty, trusting in God’s plan, and finding peace in His promises.
If you feel it in your heart to contribute, we would be forever grateful. More than anything, we ask for your prayers—for healing, strength, and peace for Arthur and our family.
Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
The McGraw Family/Ramirez Family
