I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my little brother, Arnold Dave Agustin Jr. He is currently in the Philippines and urgently needs brain surgery.

Unfortunately, he does not have health insurance, and the cost of medical care in the Philippines must be paid out of pocket. Our family is doing everything we can, but the financial burden of brain surgery, hospital stays, medications, and ongoing care is more than we can manage on our own.

He is a father to my nephew Adrian Jay. My brother is a kind, loving soul with his whole life ahead of him. Seeing him in pain and knowing that his future depends on whether we can raise enough funds is something no family should have to face.
