Hello friends, this is Trudy, one of Hoppy's best friends. John Wayne Hopkins (his birth name) was moved from YRMC today to Samaritan nursing home. His condition has gone from critical to end of life care - we miss him so much already and want him to rest easy. This fundraiser is for Hoppy's sister Vicki Wiebe, who travels from Northern California to Arizona to oversee Hoppy's medical situation. She needs help to take care of his personal affairs, cremation, funeral and memorial.

Hoppy lived a great big life, with lots of friends, music and his beloved mandolin "Mandy". He was the truly the Ambassador of downtown Prescott. If you walked around the square in the last 20 years, you probably saw Hoppy with his bandana, leather jacket and Mandy in her case.
