Arlyn was diagnosed with stage 3 head and neck cancer in December 2024 — right in the middle of the Christmas season. While many of us were celebrating with family, Arlyn was in hospital undergoing countless tests, and then receiving the heartbreaking diagnosis.

Since then, he’s had to endure intensive chemo and radiation, one after the other. He’s now on a feeding tube and has been back in hospital with Aspiration pneumonia and a blood clot in his right lung. It’s been a very hard road — and his morale is understandably low.

But what makes Arlyn truly special is that even before all this, he was already overcoming challenges. Arlyn has a disability, but he’s never let it define him. He works in our warehouse, drives the forklift, and shows up with the biggest smile and the biggest heart. Even while waiting for treatment to begin, he came to work with courage and determination.

Now, he needs our help.

His family has set up a GoFundMe page to help with medical costs and day-to-day needs during this incredibly tough time. If you can donate — even a little — it would make such a difference. And if you can’t, sharing his story can go a long way too.
