Help Arlo Receive and Recover From Top Surgery

Hello! My name is Ari and I am looking to raise funds for my partner Arlo's long awaited top surgery.

Growing up in the church as a child and young adult, Arlo never had the opportunity to safely explore or live their life authentically. At the age of 27, they finally felt brave enough to come out as queer. Shortly after, they discovered they were trans & nonbinary. Although this journey has been exciting, it has also been isolating and financially stressful. They've had to adjust to losing support from their conservative Christian family. Regardless of their hardships, they've continued to push forward and making strides towards living a life that honors their authenticity. As a result, Arlo decided to start looking into getting gender affirming surgery several years ago. After being on a waitlist for almost two years, Arlo finally received a call to schedule top surgery.

Additionally, shortly after their long awaited consultation appointment, Arlo received the devastating news of their mother's unexpected and sudden passing. Navigating both the grief of their mother's passing, and the financial stress of this quickly approaching surgery has proven to be extremely difficult. Any amount of financial support will help them not only pay for this life changing surgery, but will allow them to heal properly with the required time off of work. We don't have any help from family members so its just us tackling this together!
