I'm coming to you today to ask for your support for our beloved Arlene — the talented web developer who works tirelessly behind the scenes at Priestess Presence. Arlene lives in the Philippines, and recently faced a frightening and completely unexpected medical emergency.

On March 28th, she was rushed to the hospital after being diagnosed with critically low hemoglobin levels, requiring an immediate blood transfusion. During her hospitalization, she also underwent emergency surgery to remove a mass from her breast. The wonderful news is that the mass was not cancerous, and Arlene is now recovering and expects to return to work within two weeks.

While the outcome is hopeful, the financial reality is hard. Arlene did not have adequate health insurance at the time, and the costs of emergency care, a blood transfusion, and surgery have left her in a very difficult position.
