Help Arkansas Trans Boy Get Safe Medical Care

Tye and his family currently live in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where they have a small circle of loving and supportive people. This spring, Arkansas passed HB1570, making it illegal for trans youth in Arkansas to revive medical care. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/new-arkansas-law-and-similar-bills-endanger-transgender-youth-research-shows/ It has become apparent to Tye's mom that all of the support they have cannot protect her son from this bill and others. Tye has become a medical refugee in his home state. To make matters worse, these new laws have left him vulnerable to dead naming at school, misgendering, and outing. Arkansas is one of only three states that do not have an anti-hate crime law. Meaning kids at school are allowed to torture Tye with name-calling, mocking, and worse without consequence.
Many families are fleeing the state to find refuge in safer, more gender-affirming states. Tye's mom has found their new home near Cleveland, Ohio. She has started getting all of their things in order here and has been working intensely on getting Tye's name legally changed, all documents in order, and consulting with his Drs at ACH Gender Clinic. She has found housing, medical professionals and even has found resources for her other children and grandchild that they have not had access to here in Arkansas. This move will change the lives of not only Tye but their whole family. Jaclyn faces financial difficulty making such a huge move, as she is a single mom and grandma. She needs just a little help. She has been working overtime as much as possible and saving everything that she can since this law went into effect. It would be best to get moved and get established before school starts back and time is just running out. No donation is too small. If you cannot donate, a share would be greatly appreciated.
