Hi, we are Karolina, Pavel, and Carol.

Last year, during our trip in the U.S., we found a tiny puppy running across the road in the middle of the desert. She was in terrible condition — almost no fur, extremely malnourished, and barely alive.

We named her Arizona.

Today, Arizona is fighting for her life again.

She has been diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia, meaning her hip joints are not properly formed. She lives in pain and struggles to walk.

The only solution is total hip replacement surgery

Pavel lost his job

Karolina was diagnosed with breast cancer and started chemotherapy

We found Arizona alone in the desert in Arizona, USA.

We drove hours to find help and refused to leave her behind — even when we were told she might be euthanized.

We traveled back from Europe to adopt her, stayed in the U.S. for weeks, completed all medical requirements, and finally brought her home.

We watched her go from a starving, broken puppy to a happy, loving dog.

And now… we are at risk of losing everything we fought for.

What happens without surgery
