Help Arie fight CP!
Donation protected
Just recently we have been made aware of an opportunity for Arie to do a month-long intensive therapy program that includes sessions of barometric chamber treatment along with physical therapy at the Oxford Recovery Center in Brighton Michigan.
Arie just turned 13 years old. He was born 10 weeks early, and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy before his first birthday. Today, he uses an electric power chair to get around, but he requires significant aid in daily tasks and must be lifted for daily transitions. As a result of the CP, Arie also has scoliosis, spinal stenosis, and joint dislocations.
This therapy has the potential of significant healing for brain injury, and drastically changing his prognosis for the future.
Barometric chambers have been used for treatment of brain injury in other countries, but are not recognized for this use in America, so they are not covered by insurance. Please help us raise the funds to help offset the cost of these treatments.
