Help Ariana recover from thyroid cancer!

Alright family and friends, one of our own needs help! Ariana (my sister) is recovering from thyroid cancer! On August 11, 2020, Ariana was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma . This week she traveled out of town to see a highly recommended surgeon and TODAY she had a full thyroid and partial lymph node removal! She’s been away from home and work for a week.
This is an unexpected life event creating a sudden and significant financial burden.
Ariana needs our support to ease her financial burdens while recovering.
She is unable to work for a month while recovering.
Doctors orders are:
*NO lifting anything heavier than 3 pounds!
*NO driving until she can properly turn her head to the side, and
*NO SWIMMING.
This is significant.
As a small business owner Ariana depends on being active on and in the water for her kayak excursion company as her main source of income. Unfortunately, her business is ineligible for government support at this time.
Ariana is industrious and dedicated, working 2 jobs which both involve HARD WORK and heavy lifting. She regularly and maintains a very active lifestyle with plenty of physical labor. She is energetic at everything she does, but now she needs rest and recovery which means she will have to close her business and take leave from her 2nd job for a month.
Money raised will replace 5 weeks of lost wages and provide for living expenses such as food, radioactive iodine to destroy the rest of the cancer, other medications, out of pocket medical costs (surgery, labs, scans etc...), travel expenses, follow-up visits, and other incidentals.
