Ariana has had to continue receiving, repeated social media posts making threats, accusations, and derogatory statements about her and others involved in this custody case and is deemed inappropriate and harmful—most importantly to the child. As an upcoming court date is set, custody matters will be handled in court, not online, as the father, continually has done.

Publicly harassing, intimidation or attempting to discredit the mother (Ariana) does not demonstrate stability, judgment, or a focus on the child’s best interests. His posts has created a hostile environment and raise serious concerns about emotional safety and parental fitness, in this case, by the father.

The father, has been advised informally, by a legal representative, to stop posting about this case, the mother, and anyone associated with her as it doesn’t help anyone’s situation at all. Ariana's (mother) focus has been on the child’s well-being—not threats, public shaming, or social media intimidation. Her goal is to let the court handle this instead of making every moment of every day about this online.

Ariana Rodriguez is a devoted mother and a caring daughter who is currently facing one of the most difficult battles of her life. She is fighting to protect herself and her young daughter from a man who has caused her physical harm and is now trying to take her child away from the safe and loving environment she has worked so hard to provide. Despite working a full-time job and two caregiving jobs, and caring for her elderly mother who is on dialysis, Ariana has managed to keep her household together and provide for her daughter on her own.

Now, Ariana is in urgent need of financial assistance to secure an attorney for upcoming court dates that will determine her daughter's future.
