We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt request to help support Erika Goff, Hunter Brooks , and their precious new born baby girl named Aria Rose.
Their beautiful daughter Aria Rose, was born Feb 18 with a serious heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) is a congenital heart defect where the left side of the heart doesn't develop properly, leading to a severely underdeveloped left ventricle, aorta, and valves. Without treatment, HLHS is fatal, usually within the first few weeks of life. However, surgical treatment, including the Norwood procedure, can significantly improve survival rates.
They knew Aria would have to have heart surgery immediately after birth. After 2 months in the hospital, praise the Lord, Aria just came home only to a await another serious heart surgery in a few months. Aria has a heartwarming smile and a gentle disposition. However, Baby Aria requires extensive medical care from a team of specialists at MUSC in Charleston.
Managing healthcare needs has been challenging. Countless hours are spent at the hospital, traveling to specialist appointments, and ensuring Aria receives the best possible care. This has led to increased expenses, including medical bills, prescriptions, gas for travel, meals on the go, and other unexpected costs.
Through all of this Erika and Hunter firmly believe that prayer is the most important thing they can ask for. They know that God hears our prayers, and they ask for continued prayers, good thoughts and well wishes for Aria’s healing, strength, and the wisdom of his medical team. Your love, support, and prayers mean the world to them as they walk this difficult path.
For those who feel led to contribute financially, we have also set up this GoFundMe campaign to help relieve some of the financial pressure on Erika and Hunter so they can focus on what truly matters: caring for Baby Aria and ensuring her health and happiness. Your generous donations will go directly toward covering Aria’s medical bills, prescriptions, and any additional support needed at this time.
Any amount you can contribute will make a meaningful difference and will be deeply appreciated. If you are unable to give financially, please consider to pray and share this campaign with your network to help spread the word.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and most importantly, your prayers for Baby Aria and her family.
